arr99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on arr99, accessing the platform, downloading the arr99 app or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the arr99 platform.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and arr99 governing your use of the platform. They apply to the arr99 website at arr99.pro, the Android APK app, the Progressive Web App available for iOS users, and all services provided through those channels.

2 Eligibility

To register and use arr99 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. arr99 is strictly for adults. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, a business entity or an organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an arr99 employee or contractor.
• You must not have had a previous arr99 account that was closed, suspended or banned for a breach of these terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on arr99. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different contact details — is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. arr99 may require you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other acceptable identification document. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with anyone else or allow any other person to access your account. arr99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your arr99 account that you do not use for other services.
• Do not access your arr99 account from shared or public devices without logging out completely afterwards.
• Contact arr99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on arr99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied by arr99 to your account balance. The methods currently supported include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as shown on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction.

The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction are shown on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time. These limits apply per transaction and may also be subject to daily or monthly account-level limits depending on your account status.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. You may be asked to verify your identity or payment method before a withdrawal is processed if it has not already been done.

• Deposits are generally credited to your arr99 account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are stated on the Deposit page.
• arr99 does not charge additional fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using bonus-restricted payment methods may not qualify for certain promotional offers — check the relevant promotion terms before depositing.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

arr99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is available. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or winnings derived from it.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting and certain slot titles may contribute at different percentages — check the individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• arr99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms or cancel a bonus already credited to an account where there is evidence of abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.
• Welcome bonuses apply to first-time deposits only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for welcome bonus terms unless explicitly stated in the promotion.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The arr99 sports betting section covers Cricket — including international fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) and T20 tournaments — as well as Football, Esports and other sports as available. All bets are settled in PKR.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on arr99:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference in your account. Bets not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid and no liability is accepted for unconfirmed bets.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to current odds at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds shown during in-play betting can change rapidly and the odds at which your bet is confirmed are final.
• arr99 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market or for any individual account at its discretion.
• Where a result is subject to an official sporting body's review, investigation or reversal, bet settlement may be delayed until the official result is confirmed.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) in odds do not constitute a valid market and bets placed on such errors may be voided regardless of the outcome.
• Cricket bets on PSL matches follow the official PSL match rules as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). In the case of Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, the official DLS result stands for settlement purposes.

7 Casino and Game Rules

The arr99 game lobby includes slots, jackpots, live casino, crash games, instant win games and table games provided by third-party software providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game itself. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with individual game rules before placing real money bets.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for non-live games. Live casino games are played against real dealers in a studio environment and outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, etc.).
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error or system failure — the game round may be void and the stake returned. Where a game round has been completed, the result stands regardless of subsequent connection issues on the player's side.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are estimates and may vary from the final paid amount due to timing of the jackpot trigger.
• arr99 reserves the right to suspend any game or game provider from the lobby at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings from live casino games are settled in PKR and credited to your account balance immediately upon round completion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on arr99. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one arr99 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players, employing automated betting software (bots), or using any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and may be voided.
• Money laundering or using arr99 to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 18 years of age) to access or use your arr99 account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or interfere with the arr99 platform, software or games.

9 Responsible Gaming

arr99 is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming features from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days). During this time you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your arr99 account. This cannot be reversed once applied. Please contact support if you wish to use this option.

10 Privacy and Data

arr99 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering on arr99 you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

arr99 will use your personal data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. Your data will not be sold to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.

11 Platform Availability

arr99 aims to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, internet infrastructure problems or events outside arr99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

arr99 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance via the platform or by email. No compensation will be payable for periods of unavailability caused by circumstances outside arr99's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, network failures, force majeure events or third-party software provider issues.

12 Changes to Terms

arr99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, arr99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes come into effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Your continued use of arr99 after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before they come into effect. Your balance will be available for withdrawal in full in that case.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, arr99's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

arr99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, account suspension in accordance with these terms, or the unavailability of the platform for any reason.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
